Why Choose Tammy Pogar

Your local Real Estate Expert

I am a 5th generation Manatee County Native. I have raised my 2 beautiful children here! I have watched this county grow from two-lane dirt roads to the highways that lead us to our beautiful Islands of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Longboat key and East, to Lakewood Ranch. I love watching the growing families enjoy their lifestyles here in Manatee County, which is why I love what I do! I am passionate about helping people sell their current homes and finding their piece of paradise!  Not only do live here, but I vacation here during the month of June. It's just a small trip over the bridge that makes you feel 100 miles away!  Besides - we live in paradise - why go anywhere else?

Testimonials

Tammy has been extraordinarily kind, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Gillian Kendall
Personalized Professional Service I enjoyed working with Tammy, her positive attitude, compassion and problem solving was key to my sale as there were many challenges. She was very responsive, I found it very easy to reach her, when I called or text she would answer or respond within a few hours at the most. Tammy was very helpful stopping by the property when needed as well as sharing information unprompted. Since she grew up in the area she was able to provide detailed information of the surrounding areas for comps, schools districts and parks. I would recommend using Tammy as your realtor, you are in good hands. Julie S , Seller
"We only got to meet with Tammy a short time since she sold it so soon, which proves she had prior knowledge of our neighborhood and comp sales in our area. She was very professional and could not have provided a better service for us. Thank you , Tammy" David Zorn, Huron, Ohio (Seller) David Zorn , Seller
